Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that any changes to scheduled appointments be communicated to the front desk TWO DAYS in advance during business hours to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled the DAY BEFORE scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the original service booked.

  • Same day cancellations (no call/no show) will result in a charge equal to 100% of the original service booked.

  • This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Late Policy

At MANE Salon, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of service to all clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone:

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to stay on schedule.

  • If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • For appointments that need to be rescheduled, we’ll do our best to find a suitable time for you.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services and the time reserved for each guest, we do not offer refunds for any completed services.

If you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We’re happy to offer one complimentary adjustment at your stylist’s discretion to address any concerns.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after services are rendered, changes of mind, or if the result has been altered by another salon.

Friendly reminder: For the safety of all guests, children under 12 may not be left unattended in the salon at any time. If children are brought to the salon, they must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult who is not receiving a service. Our staff, including front desk, cannot monitor or care for children.
