CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request that any changes to scheduled appointments be communicated to the front desk 48 hours in advance during business hours to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the original service booked. Failure to provide notice and non-attendance (no call, no show) the same day of scheduled appointment will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the original service booked. This fee must be paid in order to book any future appointments. Your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these guidelines are greatly appreciated at Mane Salon.
At MANE Salon, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone’s needs, we have implemented the following late policy:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to maintain our schedule.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so if you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.
For appointments that need to be rescheduled, we will do our best to find a suitable time for you.
